WV – Harmony Health, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing health equity through innovative technology and empowering underserved communities, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kendra Flowers as Interim Executive Director, effective immediately. Flowers previously served as the organization’s Director of Programs, where she oversaw all program operations, managed contracts and partnerships, and played a key role in driving organizational growth and impact.
As Interim Executive Director, Flowers will guide Harmony Health through this transition period, ensuring continuity of leadership and sustained progress toward strategic goals.
“We are thrilled to have Kendra step into this leadership role during such a pivotal time,” said Dr. Tina Saw, Chair of the Board of Directors. “Her deep knowledge of our programs, passion for our mission, and trusted leadership make her the ideal person to lead the organization forward while we conduct a national search for a permanent executive director.”
Since joining Harmony Health, Flowers has played a central role in strengthening infrastructure, streamlining operations, and expanding the organization’s network of community and research partners.

The Board of Directors will begin the search for a permanent Executive Director in the coming weeks and is confident in Kendra’s ability to maintain momentum and provide steady leadership during this time.
About Kendra Flowers
Kendra Flowers, RDH, MSDH, is a seasoned clinical leader with over 20 years of experience in dental patient care, education and training, clinical operations, and compliance.
Most recently, she served as Vice President of Clinical Excellence at Smile America Partners, and prior to that, as Director of Clinical Compliance Operations at Walmart Health. Her diverse career also includes leadership roles at Heartland Dental, Elite Dental Partners, and Pacific Dental Services.
Kendra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota.
She is deeply passionate about advancing innovative care delivery models that address disparities in healthcare, especially among the nation’s most vulnerable populations. Kendra is actively engaged in the profession through organizations such as the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and Women in DSO. She lives in the Greater Atlanta area with her husband of 21 years and their 3-year-old son.
