Kelli currently serves as the Executive Director for Harmony Health. She brings more than 15 years of experience in oral health program design and implementation to her role. From 2008 through 2022, Kelli worked in the oral health care space at a national non-profit, filling multiple project and program management roles, and most recently as the Director of Interprofessional Practice. In her role, she was responsible for the development and implementation of multiple national programs focused on medical dental integration.
Throughout her career, Kelli has placed collaboration and partnership building at the forefront of her work, focusing on creating meaningful and lasting partnerships that advance access to oral health care. Kelli earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Harding University and a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Morgan Kuriger currently serves as the Senior Administrative Manager for Harmony Health. Morgan obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship with a minor in Journalism in 2021 from Azusa Pacific University. She entered the marketing industry in 2021, specializing in startups and small businesses before transitioning to dentistry marketing in 2022. Promoted to an executive assistant role at Light Solutions Company & Marketing Manager at Elevated Smiles in 2023, Morgan gained insights into oral health while managing marketing tasks. Now, she brings her expertise to Harmony Health, excited to contribute to the team's success.

A seasoned general dentist and visionary entrepreneur, Dr. Saw boasts a rich 15-year history of combatting oral health disparities. Armed with a DDS from Loma Linda University’s School of Dentistry and a BA in Biology from Case Western Reserve University, she has emerged as a beacon for equitable healthcare access. Serving as the CEO of Oral Genome and the founder on the board of directors for Harmony Health, Dr. Saw's indomitable spirit is highlighted by her previous ownership of a premier private practice ranked #1 in San Diego.
Her impactful journey boasts accolades such as the AWS Health Equity Initiative Award and the prestigious Excellence in Oral Health Advocacy Award featured in San Diego Magazine. Revered for her pioneering contributions, Dr. Saw's thought leadership extends to numerous dental trades, where she illuminates the potential of AI and cutting-edge technology in mitigating health access challenges and expanding patient care horizons.

Dr. Boynes has a 20+ year career of breaking through the current oral health paradigm into a technology and member friendly health experience to improve the health of underserved individuals. Dr. Boynes possesses a breadth of business acumen and is a trusted product and program developer offering a deep history of creating, developing, and launching innovative frameworks, care improvement designs, and national dental products. A recognized oral health leader, he has held executive positions and professional appointments in academia, public health, insurance, business development, research, and private dental practice.
A former community health center dental director and National Health Service Corps Alumnus, he received his D.M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Dr. Boynes is a unique thought leader and author with over 150 publications, has made over 250 invited professional presentations, and received honors from such organizations as the National Network for Oral Health Access, Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene Association, National Health Service Corps, and America’s Toothfairy.

Vanessa Rastović, Esq. is an attorney, a disabilities and universal inclusion advocate, and a person experiencing disability. Ms. Rastovic has been an awardee of the National Science Foundation and a member of the Law Review. Additionally and currently, she serves as the Policy Manager of the Disability Healthcare Initiative at The Arc of Greater Pittsburgh / Achieva where she focuses on legislative action and policy change to improve the health and healthcare of those with disabilities. Ms. Rastovic has extensive experience and knowledge with oral health, serving on multiple boards and committees to advance oral health for underserved populations. She is a well-respected writer and editor within the oral health community having contributed to state oral health plans, white papers to advance access to care, and peer reviewed publications that advance the evidence base to improve the oral health of underrepresented communities.
Jordan Pruett is a dedicated advocate for health equity, currently serving as the Director of Health Equity at Aetna Better Health of West Virginia. With over a decade of experience in community development and social determinants of health initiatives, he has led efforts to improve healthcare access for Medicaid populations. Jordan has extensive experience fostering partnerships between hospitals, providers, and community organizations to address structural barriers to care. His leadership in health equity strategy and statewide health improvement initiatives aligns with Harmony Health’s mission to reduce disparities and promote inclusive healthcare solutions.

Kim Hoeckendorf is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in franchise operations, multi-unit leadership, and organizational strategy. She has led high-performing teams and delivered measurable growth across dynamic industries, including food service, hospitality, and healthcare. Kim has managed portfolios in excess of $300 million dollars by overseeing operations for 33 locations at Feel Good Brands, directing off-premise sales and strategy for over 400 locations at Boston Market, and contributing to the success of multiple regions and stores at Starbucks Coffee. Additionally, she has held executive roles in the healthcare industry as EVP and RVP of Sales and Operations, further demonstrating her ability to drive operational excellence and revenue growth as well as lead successful sales teams and achieve targets through inspiration and development of others.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kim is a devoted advocate for community engagement and well-being. Inspired by her daughter, a two-time pediatric cancer survivor and liver transplant recipient, Kim has dedicated significant volunteer hours to organizations such as Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Cure 4 the Kids Foundation, where she served on the advisory board. She has also contributed her expertise as a board member for the Owens & Minor Foundation.

Mannat Tiwana is a dedicated public health researcher and dentist with over three years of experience in clinical dentistry and public health research. Currently pursuing her Master of Public Health (MPH) in Global Health at California State University, Long Beach, she specializes in health disparities, oral health, and nutrition. Mannat has contributed to key research initiatives, including HIV viral suppression in Tajikistan. She has presented her work on periodontal disease among African Americans at international conferences and has a forthcoming publication on next-generation dentistry practices. An active member of Soroptimist International and an editorial board member at IGI Global Publishing, she is committed to advancing public health through research, advocacy, and community engagement.

Richard M. Celko DMD, MBA is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. He completed his General Practice Dental Residency at Montefiore Hospital. He received his Master in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
He was also a Clinical Instructor at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine in the Departments of Restorative Dentistry and Oral Diagnosis.
Prior to working for Aetna, Dr. Celko was in private practice for nearly 10 years. Dr. Celko worked for Aetna for 11 years and was their National Dental Director of Utilization Management.
Dr. Celko is a former president of the American Association of Dental Consultants and former corporate representative to numerous committees and organizations including the ADA, AAOMS, AAE, AAP, AAO, and Oral Health America. He has lectured nationally on Dental Fraud and Coding and is a veteran lecturer for the National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association (NHCAA). He is a Certified Dental Consultant and holds the AHFI (Accredited Health Care Fraud Investigator) designation from the NHCAA. Dr Celko is the former Chief Dental Officer of P & R Dental Strategies and the former National Dental Director of Utilization Management and Clinical Integrity of Avesis Inc. He is currently the Chief Dental Officer of UPMC Health Plan.

Tara Derby McCarthy is an experienced marketing executive with over 20 years of experience driving strategic growth in healthcare and healthcare technology. As Vice President of Marketing at Benevis, she leads efforts to enhance patient and provider acquisition, along with brand visibility, across a network of dental practices serving over 650,000 patients annually in 13 states. Tara’s career also includes leadership roles at Bamboo Health, Healogics, and Evariant, where she developed innovative digital marketing strategies and built strategic partnerships aimed at improving care for underserved communities.
A passionate advocate for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes, Tara brings a results-oriented approach to the board of Harmony Health. Her work focuses on innovation, collaboration, and creating impactful marketing solutions that drive sustainable growth. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from University of Saint Joseph and resides in Jacksonville, FL, with her husband and two daughters.
